Iternio Planning, AB. (ABRP)

A Better Routeplanner (ABRP) is the world's most respected service to plan, learn and dream about Electric Vehicles - EVs.
In September 2019, they acquired my startup, "Teslastics" leading to my relocation to Sweden to join their team. As the company experienced significant growth and success, it caught the attention of industry leaders, leading to its acquisition by Rivian Inc. in early 2023.

Founder

February 2019 - August 2021
Delaware, United States

CAT Development, LLC. (Teslastics)

At the age of 19, I developed Teslastics, a dedicated software for Tesla vehicles designed to track vehicle telemetry and provide owners with valuable insights. Initially conceived as a side project during my university days, its success surpassed my expectations. Recognizing its potential, I formally established it as an LLC in Delaware. A few months post-launch, it garnered the attention of a Swedish firm, which subsequently acquired it.

Web developer

September 2018 - June 2019
Mataró, Spain

Mataró City Council (Information Systems and Telecommunications department)

While pursuing my studies at Tecnocampus Mataró University, I secured an internship due to my award-winning project at UVIC University. During this tenure, I developed a new map viewer for the city and crafted a 360º virtual tour software. This innovative software showcased key city locations in full 360 degrees, enriched with embedded media content.

Education

Never-ending learning

May 1999 - Present
Everywhere

Self-taught Journey

I embarked on my programming journey at just 13, delving into online courses and tutorials. By 15, I had honed my skills in Javascript and Angular, and a year later, I ventured into the freelancing world. My learning philosophy has always been rooted in hands-on experience, leading me to craft numerous engaging side-projects, a few of which you can explore in the Portfolio section below.

Unfinished degree

September 2017 - July 2019
Mataró, Spain

Tecnocampus Mataró University

I began my journey in Computer Science, focusing on Information Systems, at Tecnocampus University in Mataró. During my academic years, my penchant for innovation led me to kick-start several side-projects. One in particular, Teslastics, rapidly gained traction, requiring my full attention. The decision to leave university came from the need to nurture its potential, a move that paid off when I sold it just a few months post-launch. This pivotal moment transitioned me into a role at Iternio Planning AB.

Baccalaureate

September 2015 - May 2017
Solsona, Spain

Arrels High School

During my Scientific Baccalaureate course at Arrels High School, I conceived and developed a software project tailored for crafting 360º virtual tours. With a straightforward approach to uploading panoramas and integrating diverse content, the software made it simple for anyone to create immersive experiences. Notably, this baccalaureate project was recognized and awarded by Vic University.

MY PASSION

Tesla & Electric Vehicles

I'm a devoted Tesla enthusiast. It all began in December 2018 when I first encountered a Model S P85. That moment propelled me into action, leading to the development of Teslastics. The startup thrived, allowing me to invest the proceeds from the company's acquisition into $TSLA stock. By December 2020, I fulfilled a lifelong dream: becoming the proud owner of a Model 3.
